This product, when worn properly, helps keep your wigs from sliding or moving on your head while you wear them. I have silky fine hair and before I started using Wigrip I had to use "Got2B Glued" hair glue to hold my wigs in place. It worked, but left my hair stiff and nasty looking when I took my wig off, which is not the look you want to sport around the husband. The texture of the Wigrip headband provides enough friction that my wigs don't move around even though I'm always running my hand through my hair or scratching my scalp through my wig mesh. I only use a tiny bit of tape on the front to hold the lace down, and the Wigrip does the rest. I've got three now, just to make sure one is always clean and ready to go!sherriam254

I have to say that when I first used this adhesive….I didn't like it. I thought it wasn't holding my lace frontal down. But the problem was that I wasn't using this adhesive correctly. Folks….This adhesive works great….you just have to know how to use it. Check out you tube videos on how the adhesive is supposed to be dotted along your forehead (in front of your hairline) then use your blow dyer on cool and keep it on the area you applied the adhesive until it turns clear…then re dot again for your 2nd layer and repeat same steps with the dryer. Trust me it works. It's all about getting the hang of it. Now I haven't tested out the adhesive for more than 1 to 1.5 weeks. It's just my preference to clean the lace and re-apply after a week has gone by. But otherwise it does last for that amount of time. I've gone roller skating and sweated hard and my frontal was still in tact. Just when I got home after washing my face…I tied my hair line area up with a scarf. My frontal was still laid thekiyah.j

This glue holds your lace very well. I don't have to worry about it moving or slipping. I used 4 layers and took my time to let it dry. Be very careful not to let any of your baby hairs touch the glue. Beginners should cut the lace before applying and draw a faint line to guild where the glue should be because it's strong stuff. I have always had trouble keeping wigs on my head in position. They would shift, fall over my eyes, my hair would start showing from under the wig. And I even used nylon caps pinned in place with my hair up under it. Now all I have to do is pin my long hair loosely up and put my nylon cap on and then wrap the band around my head at the hair line. After that it's a breeze to put my wigs on. Where I place them they stay. You can pull my wig and it won't budge. And my hair stays neatly tucked under. I am sold. I will forever own one of these bands, probably more. They are so comfortable they make it feel like you're not even wearing a wig. Thank you, thank you, thank you‼️ I heard about the band on one of your videos and am so glad I ordered it. I am very new to wearing wigs and I bought the Wigrip because I was going to NYC for a day trip on a very windy day. I will never use a different product!
