Absolutely love this wig. Its comfortable to wear for a long period of time, the texture is great so it'll blend in perfectly with your own natural hair. So far I haven't experienced any shedding or loss of hair and I always wash my units when I receive them and the curls bounced back to their amazing fluffy bouncy self. Gorgeous wig. Got lots of compliments on it. I love the curls on this unit. Not too big, not too small. Its an easy wig to pop on and go. Bought this piece because of the reviews online. They were pretty spot on so far. The curls are very bouncy, pretty, and full. I have only worn her once and received lots of compliments. My only qualm is the amount of hair. I had to do a little thinning before I felt it looked good. But even though there is a lot of hair, the piece is very light weight which has been true to other reviews. I don't use the combs but it has ample head room, big head friendly; and comes with a long comb up front and a smaller one in back along with two adjustable straps, pretty standard these days. I didn't do much fluffing of the curls because one that I cut out, I pulled it loose and separated it. The bouncy curl really pulled out to a loose wave. I won't mind that after a few more wears. The color was spot on to my hair color. I bought a #2. After wearing the half wig, I wish I had gotten the full wig instead. I just think the curls, after they drop or are pulled out, will be nicer on the full wig. It was a great purchase thus far and I do recommend it especially for those that have the creativity to do many styles with a half wig. I actually purchased some #2 braid hair, braided a long section, then used it as a braided head band over the front of the piece. Hopefully I can get some good, long wear out of is but that is TBD. This is my first time ordering I live in Canada Ontario, the wig took 9 days to come ( a little over a week). It was long, loose curls and baby hair straight out the package. Fit perfectly fine on my head I fixed the straps to my liking. Unit was 13×6 parting space, lace was light. Volume of the wig wasn’t the best compared to other sensationnel wigs, felt like a synthetic wig. The colour was burgundy wine however on my dark complexion it looked more red not burgundy. My mom gave Solana to me, because she wasn’t really feeling the color on her. I think this color is called “Chocolate Flamboyage” and when I first tried her on I too wasn’t 100% in love with this color as well, and being new to wearing synthetic wigs I really didn’t know what to do with it either lol. Anywho so I trimmed the lace, plucked & parted it, and I even took a black sharpie & darkened the roots to my liking & “Walla” she’s stunning now!! I ordered two of these wig styles. I wore the gray one to a mother's day brunch. As I was standing by my car, a lady called out Madia as she was passing by in her car. She thought I looked like the Tyler Perry character. I will never wear that wig again. The black one was designed with way too much hair. The hair does not fall correctly and it has too many layers. I find it funny that because I stated I was highly disappointed in the wig I purchased from this website they deleted my review. Well here we are again. I have no problem putting my review up here again. The quality of the wig its self was slightly decent when it comes to the feel and texture of the hair however I could not find the part in this wig like the picture shows and the other review that was posted. I've had this wig over a year now (15-16 months). I absolutely love the look but even with caring for it and brushing it daily (the days I wore it) the very back gets severely tangled. I will still wear the wig, but only if I want to be bothered with brushing longer than usual. If you wear wigs often I recommend maybe switching wigs out, but either way this is a great wig for the price. Bought it on Amazon for $17 so I can't really complain. I purchased 2 wigs. The Tango & the Ellie (which I returned because I didnt like it). The Tango was everything I expected. I also purchased a pair of John Fashion sling back shoes which I absolutely loved. I returned The Ellie wig & requested a refund. Aft several days, I traced the US mail pkg & it had been received but I had not received my refund as requested. So I called a cpl times using my sister's fone becaz I had poor reception on my Gov fone & later not enuff minutes 2 call Especially Yours & ck on my refund. I was denied my refund of $39.99 for the wig I returned becaz I was using someone else's fone. Although I used my OWN email address & Credit card 2 pay for my order. I had 2 call my bank & have the charges reversed becaz they UNJUSTLY denied my refund. I don't owe them & have never ordered from them before & was treated unfairly. They had a dispute with someone else & tried to make me pay. Very unfair and unjust.Johnnie
This was the most awful low quality wig I every purchased. This use to be a great company back in the days and I was hoping it was still good. I cant believe you as a company purchased this wig, looked it over and still decided to sell it to your customers. It was poor quality and looked nothing like this pick except for the frizziness, look closer and it's there. I returned the same day I received it for a refund and I was told then it was a on sale and couldn't get a refund so not only poor quality, poor customer service. What I received wasn’t what was pictured in the catalog or online. So I googled it, the color was at the wig.shop. The only recent I didn’t return it was because it was a gift from my husband and it would have hurt him. He didn’t know about color selection. What he selected was what he thought was in the picture. You should advertised the colors available. I have bought many wigs over the years from ESP. Yours and this is the first time I was greatly disappointed. I received color 2 which I hate.Donnie R.
