Although I received my unit in a timely fashion… customer service and the refund policy is a disappointment and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. It's been about a week and I still have yet te receive a response. Not only was I required to pay a 20% restocking fee, the deducted the shipping cost that I paid for, I also had to pay to ship it back. So essentially, I only received a 2 dollar refund on 25 dollar purchase. I tried to get ahead of the issue and request that my second choice color be moved to my first choice but I was told that my order couldn't be altered. It’s summer and I didn’t know if any salon would do my hair but we decided the wedding must go on. This wig is very lovely. It’s like a yaki texture but in a good way. Think Of that feeling you get when you get a fresh blow out. It’s very long I pulled my hair back for the wedding and had a gold clip over. It went as far down as my backside. I paid $29.99 on my favorite hair site which is Samsbeauty.com so it was affordable plus it’s [brand:outre] ! I was shocked by the quality, they really stepped their game up. I will say the only con is DO NOT put your blowdryer or flat iron on high. It says it take up to 400 degrees but it’s not the case , it can be styled on a low heat setting without burning the hair out. It ya light shedding but what wig doesn’t. Very pleased with the quality of the wig especially for the price $25. I usually buy preplucked lacefronts at around $60 and so this is a great beautiful wig for learning customizing even though it doesn’t need tons but if your a novice at that like me. It’s very light weight on my head. The density and hair thickness are perfect for believeable daily wear. Now it’s synthetic shiny so it definitely needs dry shampoo. Optional foundation for the hairline and optional plucking but the hairline looks pretty darn good without it so that’s just to up it a notch to believability. I’ve enclosed pics straight from out of the box to display OP430 in natural lighting. I bought 4 packs of black and 1 pack of the deep wine, but since I have my sides and back shaved then of course I have plenty of locs left over (and I'm glad that I do). Usually I'll do my faux locs myself by starting with Senegalese twists then by rapping them which, of course, would take forever so this was my first using crochet locs. They are definitely springy, but beware because if they get tugged at the ends on accident then they will just hang and not spring back. I already had to cut some ends because of such actions. Also, I noticed some were not made as well as others, so make sure you get an extra pack. Some were "puffy" so my hair isn't hiding as well as it should be (I did individual crocheting). I do love the look though but removed a star based of said flaws. I took another star off because the website was being glitchy. I used the website via my phone and when trying to add stuff other than the locs, my whole cart would be emptied. It did this several times, so I just gave up and only purchased the locs. When I went to purchase the locs, the total jumped by $1, which is no big deal because it was just a dollar but the fact that it jumped like that concerned me. But at the end of the day, I would recommend and use this hair again. It did get frizzy and snaggy the second day but nothing major yet. Also, I noticed the deep wine holds up better than the black. The only way this wig could be any better was if it just lasted a tad longer and if the curl pattern never fell. It looks more realistic as the curls fall, but it dries at the ends and will eventually need to be straightened, perhaps trimmed or cut and then converted to bun or workout hair. In the meantime though, you get MAD compliments – many people don't even realize its not my bio hair. I wear it regularly in 1B and recently switched to OP61327 (613 Platinum blonde ombre with 1B roots and strategically placed 27 and/or 30 for dimension and shine). I absolutely love it – I'm a whole different person. Only thing that Freetress could offer any better was if this colour came in Karissa's length and density. This is my first time ordering I live in Canada Ontario, the wig took 9 days to come ( a little over a week). It was long, loose curls and baby hair straight out the package. Fit perfectly fine on my head I fixed the straps to my liking. Unit was 13×6 parting space, lace was light. Volume of the wig wasn’t the best compared to other sensationnel wigs, felt like a synthetic wig. The colour was burgundy wine however on my dark complexion it looked more red not burgundy. it’s so soft and silky, really long and as for now there’s been no tangling or shedding. doesn’t shine like at all (or not that much) and feels and looks like human hair. this is how it look straight out of the box🤯 the color #4 looks so natural it literally looks like it’s my real hair, growing out of my scalp. it’s literally giving. my only problem is that it is kinda tight?? i’ll braid my hair later and will put her on, i’ll say how it goes.Stephanie M.
My mom gave Solana to me, because she wasn’t really feeling the color on her. I think this color is called “Chocolate Flamboyage” and when I first tried her on I too wasn’t 100% in love with this color as well, and being new to wearing synthetic wigs I really didn’t know what to do with it either lol. Anywho so I trimmed the lace, plucked & parted it, and I even took a black sharpie & darkened the roots to my liking & “Walla” she’s stunning now!! I’ve worn real hair for years, so I’ve found that stying synthetic hair is a little different, but this Swiss lace turned out to be easy to work with & melt just fine. Like the other Foxy Silver wigs she's extra shiny! Besides that the style seemed out of date. I forgot why I ordered her but I usually have something in mind . After a lot of dry shampoo and brushing I got her restyled. Here's my favorite look with her. I got color 3T34, they put silver grey on top and the 34 in back.
