Hair is shedding as I unpack it from original package. Ends and curls are frizzy and does not look as shown on website. I called I was told it will cost me about $10 to exchange. Why? I actually have this wig in multiple colors. This brand is very cheap but I love it. I usually have to do some plucking of it before wearing it but it’s totally worth it for the price and the feel. Most of their wigs are around 20 dollars. This brand always has lace on the front every time I have bought a wig from them. If I wasn’t experienced in wearing wigs, this would have been a really frustrating and disappointing purchase. As soon as I took the hair out of the box, the ends seemed really tough and frizzy, to the point where the comb gets stuck. Because the quality is so poor, I ensure extremely gentle combing but somehow one of the tracks has already broken within the first 1-2 weeks. The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. If it was cheaper like the original price in the US then I don’t think I would have minded as much.Danielle C.
I am obsessed with this wig! This was my 3rd time ordering, but my first time getting a wig installed for daily wear. When I tell you!!!! It doesn’t feel heavy on my head. It’s a tad tight, BUT I think that’s because I’m not use to wearing one daily, not because of the make of the unit. The color is EXACTLY what I expected and is a perfect summer blend I love that it is a side part too because I love doing a clipped back look behind my ear (will make it easier to wear my walkie at work) I thought it was gonna be too long but I actually love the length! The product itself is beautiful. Very well done with the exception of the extremely long nape and the thick silicone padding. You better hope the silicone works, because with it you have no other options to make your wig stay down. Neither tape nor glue will stick to that silicone. The only option is to wear a wig band and if you do that, you will have to pull the already too long nape even further down the back of you neck. I'm also disappointed in the extremely limited amount of tips and info on cutting and caring for men's wigs. I suppose this is because the idea of men wearing wigs is still a new phenomonon, but if a site sells them, the site should strive to do better to help the customer get info on styling, cutting, etc. I have bought two of these units, and I plan to continue to buy because through much trial and error I have finally figured out how to make it work for me. This process required me to basically ruin the first wig which was expensive, but at least I figured everything out with it so I'll know just what to do with subsequent wigs. I would give this product 5 stars if the manufacturer would shorten the nape in the back, and do something else other than the thick silicone padding.Thank you.
