An 18th century styled wig in white with an attached tie on the back. great to use for george washington, thomas jefferson, alexander hamilton and other founding fathers. complete your patriotic costume with this wig! wig styling tips do not use heated styling tools as this will damage synthetic fiber. cool temperature styling tools, plastic curlers, and hair spray are recommended. remove wig from packaging and also remove hair net. for loose, curly and wavy wigs, it is suggested that you hold wig upside down by the cap and shape to loosen and layer the fibers. this will also add fullness to your wig. add hair spray to hold if desired. this is not recommended for wigs that are pinned or tightly styled. remove tangles with your fingers and gentle brush your wig. the only exception is wigs that are very curly – don't attempt to brush them. if your wig if frizzy or has static cling you can use a dryer sheet to smooth down the fly away hairs. care instruction fill a basin with a mix of cool water (hot water can damage can damage your wig) and mild shampoo. leave wig to soak for 5 minutes. swirl your wig around in the water, but don't rub the fibers. rinse your wig under cool running water. shake excess water off your wig and spread on a towel to dry. alternatively, you can put it on a wig stand to air dry. brush your wig when it is completely dry and it is ready to wear again.

This is one of the most natural looking wigs I’ve worn. I wear lots of Ellen Wille wigs and the quality is usually superb. However, as much as I like this wig (and wear often) the wig has been a problem from the beginning. Initially some of the wefts detached and I had to sew them back onto the cap. Now the lace front will not lie straight against the forehead. I’m giving 4 stars to deduct for the cap quality.

Initially liked it a lot after I got over the fact that it was darker than I had hoped ( light Bernstein rooted) the hair quickly got pretty strawy and ratty. I am not used to that from Ellen Wille which is my favorite brand. I have been wearing wigs for over 20 years and I have had another hair society wig, but this one was expensive and not that great. Maybe Ingot a lemon? Nape hair also sticks out a lot which is very annoying have to keep smoothing it down by hand. I expected more. I don’t recommend this one.Beatrice

I was hesitant to buy this wig but with the 30% off I decided I would. I have a petite size head and this wig is a perfect fit and so comfortable. I forget I have it on. It also looks very real and moves like real hair. I cut bangs in it myself as I prefer bangs. My RW lace front I cut bangs in it and it was easy. However I would recommend anyone wanting bangs in Star to put it on and comb the bang area hair forward and allow the wig to fall naturally with combing it, as at first the hair seemed to want to stay off from my face. I am not a hair stylist but have done enough bangs it is easy to do. I love the fibers as well.. Photos are indoor and outdoor lighting..Debra

I have mixed feelings about this wig. The texture is nice and the wig well made however it was nothing like the photo. It is much longer and straighter on me and I am not petite! I have styling products and know most of the wig tricks, but I tried and could not get it to look anything like the photo. All that face framing fringe is not on my wig. I suppose having it professionally styled might give me that, but I’m in a small town where that option is not available to me. I got this in Snow Mix. My hair used to be blonde but is now a platinum/gray color. Silver Mix is a perfect match but not available in many Ellen Wille wigs. Snow mix is a combo of whiite and gray, but the gray is a bit darker than my natural hair. Despite all my reservations for my disappointments and the price point, hubby likes it on me so I am keeping it. I’ll put a photo, you decide for yourself.Peggy B.

Hair Society Collection wigs, of which Bloom by Ellen Wille belongs to, are truly unique. They are made for people like me who have no hair – the cap is not meant to be stretched out. This is my second Bloom. I save it for special occasions. I love the way the hair blows in the wind like "normal" hair. I am a true petite. When I put the first Bloom on I was so disappointed at the amount of hair – I am only 4'10", 110 lbs. I looked at the website photo of Bloom then in the mirror. Then again. Then I did something that I don't advise ANYONE to do. I took ahold of the back of the wig and piled it on top of the wig. In doing so, I felt a clump of hair right under the tag at the center back. Took a hair scissors and cut that back mane off. The wig totally changed into a pixie cut. Please allow a professional to cut your wigs. I love this wig. No one can tell that it is a wig due to the lace front. And she styles easily, is light and I easily forget that I'm I am wearing a wig. I have Bloom in Chocolate Mix. But it certainly won't be my last! This is the most natural-looking and feeling wig I have ever worn in the past 15 years. The only problem I have with it is that the lace band around my face is somewhat dark and you can see the outline. I really wanted to like the Gala. The color was too light for me, which was my fault. But, the bigger problem was the cut. It was flat on one side and curlier than I expected. I felt like a woman in the 50s with a perm. I thought about washing it and/or having it restyled, but decided not to, because then I wouldn’t be able to return it, if it still didn’t work for me. On the plus side, the hair felt soft and natural.
