I purchased 2 wigs. The Tango & the Ellie (which I returned because I didnt like it). The Tango was everything I expected. I also purchased a pair of John Fashion sling back shoes which I absolutely loved. I returned The Ellie wig & requested a refund. Aft several days, I traced the US mail pkg & it had been received but I had not received my refund as requested. So I called a cpl times using my sister's fone becaz I had poor reception on my Gov fone & later not enuff minutes 2 call Especially Yours & ck on my refund. I was denied my refund of $39.99 for the wig I returned becaz I was using someone else's fone. Although I used my OWN email address & Credit card 2 pay for my order. I had 2 call my bank & have the charges reversed becaz they UNJUSTLY denied my refund. I don't owe them & have never ordered from them before & was treated unfairly. This was the most awful low quality wig I every purchased. This use to be a great company back in the days and I was hoping it was still good. I cant believe you as a company purchased this wig, looked it over and still decided to sell it to your customers. It was poor quality and looked nothing like this pick except for the frizziness, look closer and it's there. What I received wasn’t what was pictured in the catalog or online. So I googled it, the color was at the wig.shop. The only recent I didn’t return it was because it was a gift from my husband and it would have hurt him. He didn’t know about color selection. What he selected was what he thought was in the picture. The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. Fit perfectly fine on my head I fixed the straps to my liking. Unit was 13×6 parting space, lace was light. My mom gave Solana to me, because she wasn’t really feeling the color on her. I think this color is called “Chocolate Flamboyage” and when I first tried her on I too wasn’t 100% in love with this color as well, and being new to wearing synthetic wigs I really didn’t know what to do with it either lol. Anywho so I trimmed the lace, plucked & parted it, and I even took a black sharpie & darkened the roots to my liking & “Walla” she’s stunning now!! The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. I am obsessed with this wig! This was my 3rd time ordering, but my first time getting a wig installed for daily wear. When I tell you!!!! It doesn’t feel heavy on my head. It’s a tad tight, BUT I think that’s because I’m not use to wearing one daily, not because of the make of the unit. The color is EXACTLY what I expected and is a perfect summer blend I love that it is a side part too because I love doing a clipped back look behind my ear (will make it easier to wear my walkie at work) I thought it was gonna be too long but I actually love the length! This is really good quality hair for this price. The lace is incredibly thin making it look like it’s coming from your scalp. Easy to install and comes with a nice elastic strap attached to the cap. The cap is well made and breathable. The only reason why I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the lace is SUPER delicate. Because it’s thin it’s really easy to rip so be gentle when styling. The Creamy Toffee color was beautiful, but the unit wasn't really what I expected. The front of the unit was wavy, but the back was big, tight curls and looked like the back of it had drawn up. It was like having two different hairstyles. I also had a hard time getting the hairline to look natural and not like a combover. I bought two, tried one, wore it once and took it off. I love this wig. It is such a GOOD style/cut! Very on trend I would say. Tried on with several outfits today looks great with pretty much everything. Clavicle length, very flattering. Love the Cherry color. A couple downsides: is it does fall in your face a lot. I haven’t tried to gently heat the fibers so they don’t fall forward so much, and I haven’t put hair spray in yet. But that may help. Also the ends of the fibers at the front of the wig have that dry tangly feeling —must be the heat friendly fibers. I used to love Forever Young wigs. They were practically the only wig I wore. And I wear them full time so I know my stuff. When I opened this box, I could not believe it. Thin, rough, hair that looks like a rats nest. And the length on these is absolutely inaccurate. I have no idea what happened to Forever Young, but this is the second disaster of a wig that I have purchased from them. Lesson learned. Something happened and they have lost their quality. Check the dates on the positive reviews here and you'll see that they are all several years old. Then there's Vouge Wigs return policy. By the time I make this return, I would have spent fully half of what I paid for them on shipping, charges and random fees. Go take a thorough look at their return policy. I bought this wig a long time ago and it sat in the box for a while. Finally pulled it out because my other curly wigs were just too hot this summer, and so glad I did. I get compliments all the time from people who have no idea it's a wig. I love seeing their shocked faces when I tell them. Anyway, the only reason it sat is bcs it's a bit shorter than I would like. I wish FY would make the exact same wig 2 inches longer. The curl is absolutely beautiful and matches my bio-hair curl. Very soft texture and good quality, no shedding. Holds curl without product so it stays soft and dry. No crunchy wet look. You can't beat this wig and definitely get more than you paid for. I trimmed the bangs a good 1/2 inch and that was it. I’m very happy with this wig considering how inexpensive it is. The cap is comfortable and fit my larger head with no issues. I do wish it had clips, but I can add those on my own. The curls are glamorous without looking too overdone, and the bangs help the wig look more natural by covering the hairline. The hair is extremely shiny so I added some dry shampoo powder. I ordered the Honey Blonde which was actually more of a orange with blonde highlights, but it is still attractive.Haley
