I purchased 2 wigs. The Tango & the Ellie (which I returned because I didnt like it). The Tango was everything I expected. I also purchased a pair of John Fashion sling back shoes which I absolutely loved. I returned The Ellie wig & requested a refund. Aft several days, I traced the US mail pkg & it had been received but I had not received my refund as requested. So I called a cpl times using my sister's fone becaz I had poor reception on my Gov fone & later not enuff minutes 2 call Especially Yours & ck on my refund. I was denied my refund of $39.99 for the wig I returned becaz I was using someone else's fone. Although I used my OWN email address & Credit card 2 pay for my order. I had 2 call my bank & have the charges reversed becaz they UNJUSTLY denied my refund. I don't owe them & have never ordered from them before & was treated unfairly. This was the most awful low quality wig I every purchased. This use to be a great company back in the days and I was hoping it was still good. I cant believe you as a company purchased this wig, looked it over and still decided to sell it to your customers. My mom gave Solana to me, because she wasn’t really feeling the color on her. I think this color is called “Chocolate Flamboyage” and when I first tried her on I too wasn’t 100% in love with this color as well, and being new to wearing synthetic wigs I really didn’t know what to do with it either lol. You buy something like this to enhance or for costume wear. In my honest opinion, this is not realistic as real hair and will look like a wig. My biggest negative point would be that if you comb through the tangles (it does tangle easily), a good amount of hair does come off. Maybe because it's new, I do not know. The other minor thing, you can't really shape the wig at all, but I didn't expect it would do this anyway. I like to dress up and mainly bought this because I have natural, very long dark hair and wanted to try "red" without dyeing my hair. I do think this is an all around nice wig and it was a great price..included a wig cap and comb. But it always was a one time purchase for me and I never expected this to be or look like the real thing. I got it for when I dress up in something really sexy and want to be a redhead! 😉 For that, it works!! I only review this way for those who think this may be a passable or realistic look. Oh my gosh. I can now stop shopping for the wig that suits me in every way as I have found it in the Jamie Lynn! I have had short hair for almost 13 years and wanted something more youthful, easy to wear and comfortable. I have always wanted hair that was a beautiful blonde (mine is more dish-water blonde) but didn't want to spend the $ or the time at the hair salon. My first ever wig purchase was a bust! I was hopeful that I would love them (I bought 2) when they arrived. Very professional packaging. Once I gave the wig a little shake and let everything settle,i prepared to put on. My best friend orders your wigs all the time but hers are all a light brown or blonde and she recommended getting the “rooted” colors. Mine was flame rooted so I was expecting a deeper shade of red. This is a deep brown and black at the roots, which to me looks VERY unnatural. I’ve had auburn hair most of my life but never those kind of roots! According to the information in the packaging I can Try again —your can reorder now or wait, etc, and I have reordered now. Replacement: Wig # Two: I am returning the enclosed wig for several reasons. First, it is way too small. This is reorder from the first wig I received which was a great fit and style but was too white. The color of this replacement is perfect, but too small and not nearly as well styled as the first. I've purchased this wig for several years now. I've had two different colors. One was a darker brunette and the other was this one R9S+ Glazed Mahogany. I love the color. The only thing I have noticed in ordering this style, one of the wigs in the brunette color, was cut different than the original one. I've noticed this with other styles of Raquel Welch wigs. It would be interesting to see how these wigs are manufactured. Other than that, it's a great wig. I still have my hair but it's thinning so much as I get older. This was one of my favorite wigs. It has changed and I sent back my order. The fibers were too shiny and wispy, flipping up and "different" then the last two I purchased. Also the base neckline was severely short and would easily show a misplaced hair from underneath. Very disappointed and lost too much money back and forth. I don't have money to waste. I thought I knew what I was getting. Sorry but I have been very happy in the past with both my Cinch and my sparkle wigs. I'm wondering if they have done the same to the Cinch wig.

My mother, 85, jokingly said one day how she needed a wig because her hair was thinning and she was have trouble fixing it herself. She goes to the hairdresser once a week, but that doesn't guarantee a week of good looking hair. I decided to check out wigs. I looked for the style most like hers, Winner, by Raquel Welch, and after a second attempt of matching color, found perfect, light brown with grey. It looks just like her hair after she leaves her hairdresser. She wore it all day the first day and didn't even remember she had it on until my dad remarked that her hair looked good that day. I am new to wig-wearing. My bio hair is about 75% gray, and I do have a full head of hair that I keep cut in a very short style. I decided to start wearing wigs because I wanted more variety in hair styles as well as colors. Winner was a good choice for me lengthwise to start my wig-wearing-journey. However, I wish I had been much bolder in my initial color and length range. Since then I've warmed up to taking more risks. Winner (average) is a bit large for my head. My truest measurement falls between petite and average. Overall, I must admit, Winner has been my winning choice in more ways than I care to acknowledge. NOTE: Service/ delivery is very efficient.
Delivery was fabulous, 7 days to Indonesia and I love the way customs is included. This is my third Winner wig, I find the style comfortable and versatile. My other two wigs are brown but I wanted to try some highlights as I had them when I was younger. I think the routed wigs look more natural so I chose Shaded Cappuccino SS12/22. I hunted all over the web for a review or You Tube video for Winner in that colour but could only find longer styles. In the end I ordered it anyway. When it arrived I hated it, I thought the roots made me look like a skunk, and if I lived in the US I would have sent it back. Anyway I kept digging it out of my wardrobe and eventually began to like it. I think I have had brown hair for so many years I wasn't used to the tones. So it's all good now.Maxine S.

I really love this wig. It is so cute. It is my favorite so far. It is really nice and cute. Pros Stylish and youthful! Gorgeous! Cons The only thing is I wish it had more hair in the back so that the cap doesn't show. I don't think anyone can see it unless they were staring at it. And it is a little itchy!
I just received my laughter today. It's very sparse on top, you can see the wefts.so I will return it on monday for something made better. I ordered the light blonde which is like a bleached blonde. Pretty color but would be to to light for me. The back of wig is adorable with the lifts of waves. The front would need some trimming to make it your own. If the colors came rooted that would camouflage the wefts better, but just put more hair on the wig.

First , let me preface this by saying this by no means reflects on the the brand. I am sure it’s a very good brand but from my experience I cannot speak to that. What I can say is, I was sent a wig in a plastic bag with no tags or product box, labels or netting. To the credit of the customer service representative she understood immediately and sent out a NEW wig immediately, unfortunately to this date I am still paying for TWO wigs because of the subpar return processing and procedures. My Mother, sister, aunties and many cousins have been customers of QVC some since the early 90’s. The late deliveries and lengthy processing times have caused us to seek other options.miso48

I was very pleased with my current purchase of the Tapered Tomboy Synthetic Wig. I chose the Medium Dark Brown with Auburn highlights. The color was perfect, it looks like my own hair. I get compliments from strangers and people I know. They tell me it doesn't look like a wig at all. This was my second purchase of this particular wig as I had been hoping this particular wig would again be available in my color, and I had to wait over a year before I could order it again. The first wig I purchased has lasted for over a year and a half with constant wear. This wig is designed very well and is quite durable. I bought two of these, one for myself and one for my older sister, it was love at first sight and we were not let down when we received them. My sister put hers on and when standing in front of me I couldn't tell it wasn't her own hair. The colors I ordered were identical to our own true color. The cap fit us both perfectly and we both choose to wear it with just a shake and then on. We like the natural way it looks and mimmicks our own hair texture and color. on 12/29 I decided to order two more wigs, one for me and one to give to my sister as a backup. For myself I'm trying a color so different from my own. This wig doesn't overpower the face and the hair isn't too thick. I have about 12 wigs and this is my favorite go to coverup. I have this wig in Dark Platinum and Dark Brown. I lost my own hair to cancer and it's finally growing back. This wig is an easy short cut to short hair without sacrificing your own. The cool comfort cap is actually comfortable and lightweight. Perfect for hot Texas Summers. I wish the nape were a tad longer. It's so close and sculpted that stray hairs keep popping out. However it's less noticeable in my natural color. The one longer side may be tucked back, or worn towards the cheek like a bob. It's a fun chic look and really shows off a pair of statement earrings, which I forgot to put on.
