Hair is shedding as I unpack it from original package. Ends and curls are frizzy and does not look as shown on website. I called I was told it will cost me about $10 to exchange. Why? Merchandise is of poor quality, cut-throat customer service. I am not happy and can't wear this wig. I refuse to exchange for a fee. The color was nice on this wig, but I could not see how it would really look on me. I ordered the other mixed colored one, as well. I had to leave the cardboard attached. Well wasted my money yet again. The photo looks like a nice short wig. Once i opened it. there as a dead bug right on the top. Absolutely love this wig. Its comfortable to wear for a long period of time, the texture is great so it'll blend in perfectly with your own natural hair. So far I haven't experienced any shedding or loss of hair and I always wash my units when I receive them and the curls bounced back to their amazing fluffy bouncy self. Bought this piece because of the reviews online. They were pretty spot on so far. The curls are very bouncy, pretty, and full. I have only worn her once and received lots of compliments. My only qualm is the amount of hair. I had to do a little thinning before I felt it looked good. But even though there is a lot of hair, the piece is very light weight which has been true to other reviews. I don't use the combs but it has ample head room, big head friendly; and comes with a long comb up front and a smaller one in back along with two adjustable straps, pretty standard these days. I didn't do much fluffing of the curls because one that I cut out, I pulled it loose and separated it. The bouncy curl really pulled out to a loose wave. I won't mind that after a few more wears. The color was spot on to my hair color. I bought a #2. After wearing the half wig, I wish I had gotten the full wig instead. I just think the curls, after they drop or are pulled out, will be nicer on the full wig. It was a great purchase thus far and I do recommend it especially for those that have the creativity to do many styles with a half wig. I actually purchased some #2 braid hair, braided a long section, then used it as a braided head band over the front of the piece. Hopefully I can get some good, long wear out of is but that is TBD. Fit perfectly fine on my head I fixed the straps to my liking. Unit was 13×6 parting space, lace was light. My mom gave Solana to me, because she wasn’t really feeling the color on her. I think this color is called “Chocolate Flamboyage” and when I first tried her on I too wasn’t 100% in love with this color as well, and being new to wearing synthetic wigs I really didn’t know what to do with it either lol. I find it funny that because I stated I was highly disappointed in the wig I purchased from this website they deleted my review. Well here we are again. The quality of the wig its self was slightly decent when it comes to the feel and texture of the hair however I could not find the part in this wig like the picture shows and the other review that was posted. This is a great wig. I haven't experienced any shedding. I have a 23.5 circumference head. The wig fits like a standard wig. I've worn it for over a week and it's kept its integrity. I only had to use my fingers to detangle the hair at the nape of my neck. I will use flex rods when need be. Whats really refreshing is the texture. Its organic looking. This was the most awful low quality wig I every purchased. This use to be a great company back in the days and I was hoping it was still good. After a lot of dry shampoo and brushing I got her restyled. Here's my favorite look with her. I got color 3T34, they put silver grey on top and the 34 in back. I saw this wig on a friend and it was very becoming to her. I love the color of my wig. It’s light brown with golden bronze highlights. I was a little uncomfortable with the tight curls, but I pulled it out in the front to make bangs. I received so many compliments I started to feel comfortable. did not like the tight curls. I thought they would be much looser. the color was perfect. I was also susrprised at all the additional taxes that brought the price up much more than I expected. I do know there are taxes on the merchandise. I had already cut the tags off the wig and did not realize it could be returned. I chose the auburn color which is complementary to my skin tone. The pops of brown and blonde add some interest. Most over the counter wigs are too tight on my head and by the end of the day I have a headache. But this one fits excellently. I like the fact that where hooks usually are this one has Velcro. I am amazed at how many compliments I have gotten when wearing this wig. It looks very natural. At 73 years of age this week helps me to look years younger!Deborah
