I would not have purchased this style had I known the correct specifications. Since I read the reviews about the poor customer service when requesting a refund I found a way to secure the wig to my bald head. I scarf tie is cumbersome. I thought it a stretched band and not a long loose tie. I love the braids but I don't care for the tie thing. If you were going to design it to tie consider the length.It's not long enough to wrap around and come back to the front. So there is a lot of the tie hanging down in the back. I have 100% hair loss and a sensitive scalp. I bought this one to wear around the house with a thick cotton liner on those days when I need a break from the adhesives I use with my 100% hand tied wigs. It's a great style. I wish it came in a 100% hand tied version WITHOUT that cone-head "bump" on the crown that's so unnatural. Since it's a wear-away-from-the-face style, the lace front should be ear-to-ear instead of just the crown. Please find a more comfortable lace because the standard is itchy. The Glazed Strawberry bills itself as a "light red" but it reads as brown. I wish more wig manufacturers offered light reds that look honestly red, not brown, not orange/ginger, but real red strawberry blonde with blonde streaks. Glazed Strawberry is nice but just too dark and too brown.Tish

This was the most awful low quality wig I every purchased. This use to be a great company back in the days and I was hoping it was still good. This is my favorite synthetic topper so far, and the first I've been comfortable enough to wear to work! It feels secure but not too heavy, and it's plenty long enough for a low pony or messy bun (or even a single braid in back!). I've been trying lots of different helper hair and this is the first that feels like "my hair."
Because it's too big for my small head, the clips don't stay on the top of my head, but they sit about down to the sides of my head. The clip in the back of the crown and one or two clips on the sides just open automatically by themselves. The quality of the clips is cheap and their tips are not padded; it hurts. This synthetic hair is not good also. It does not take the heat, and if you go too hot, you damage it. I don't think it will last long for you.
