I now own three Flirt Alert wigs, this is my absolute favorite for several reasons. I wear my wigs every day, all day. I need a wig that holds up well to daily use. I have been wearing wigs since breast cancer caused my already thinning hair to fall out. Due to POS and a hormone blocker I will take for a few more years, my hair had no chance at coming back to anything resembling a full head. About the site: I dont think the color ‘swatches' are enough to determine color and they should provide actual full photos of each color. Or at least have a link to a universal color key. I had no idea what T4/27 even means. Can someone explain why don’t they they at least tell you what color the model has on in the photo? About the wig: I ordered several of these because I was unclear about the colors. The T4/27 is mostly a brassy gold / copper color, some dark undertones at the root, but not enough to blend with my dark brown natual hair. In general the curls were not as defined at the photo. It's a lot of hair and I had to shape mine to my face and cut it slightly. Not sure how long it will last (I suspect two weeks with daily wear) before I toss it. I buy synthetic units to quickly change color or to wear under hats.J C.

I have been a synthetic hair person for 13 years. what a difference in quality since my first time. After this last purchase of trendsetter, I REALLY noticed a marked difference. The cap is barely covered; the neckline has gaps on both side so that elastic is exposed. What a disappointment. These are NOT cheap, just cheaply made and I am tired of getting ripped off by foreign companies. We are penalized by the USA companies that handle inferior merchandise by having to pay return shipping and "re-stocking" fees, IF we are allowed to return them. so, that means we are paying TWICE the freight, incurring other costs, not to mention the frustration and inconvenience. Most of us do not have access to, or the privilege of being personally fit in a salon, so we get the "whatever's available" sight unseen. Oh, have I mentioned the colors NOT BEING ANYTHING LIKE PICTURED??? But, I am stuck. Too old and too late to turn back. So I will end up paying ridiculous prices for inferior product and that's that.anon y.
Overall, I love the color, style and easy care of this wig. My only issues is that the wig is not as well constructed as some other brands that I have purchased in the past, so there are occasional clumps of hairs that fall out, for example. The other issue is that I always buy 2 wigs, so that I can have one as a spare if needed. I received both wigs, but I initially thought that there was a problem with the cut of one. I later realized that the cut wasn't the problem, but the cap size was. One wig cap is normal, the other is so tight that I don't wear it often. Not only was the cap size uncomfortably tight, but it changed the look of the cut and made the wig shorter. Strange, considering that I ordered both wigs at the same time.Maggie
