Although I received my unit in a timely fashion… customer service and the refund policy is a disappointment and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. It's been about a week and I still have yet te receive a response. Not only was I required to pay a 20% restocking fee, the deducted the shipping cost that I paid for, I also had to pay to ship it back. So essentially, I only received a 2 dollar refund on 25 dollar purchase. I tried to get ahead of the issue and request that my second choice color be moved to my first choice but I was told that my order couldn't be altered. Once it was shipped, I had to wait until I received it then send it back. Whole process has become a complete turn off from the site. I own three ponytails, the Sammy bum, and the 16-inch u-clip. I love everything more than I thought would except for the uclip. It’s hard to get the top clips secure into my u-part I make on my head but once they are it stays in pretty well but I dont get what the other clips are for or how to use them and the tutorials don’t give any information really. It feels a bit heavy and I wish you couldn’t feel the cap underneath the hair as much. It feel like it’s not hidden well enough and I dont know why that big of a cap is necessary. Maybe I’m doing it wrong, I’m not sure. Once it’s on though it looks gorgeous and blends in with my hair really well. I can barely tell where my real hair ends and the uclip hair begins. The material the clips sit on is super thick and the clips aren’t spaced correctly. Either that or you have to have a huge head for it so spread across evenly. Regardless if you wear this thing by 30 mins in you’ll have a headache from its weight. The texture, shape and wave pattern reminds me of cheap Barbie hair it even has a smell to it. Do yourself a favor and don’t be a victim of an impulse IG buy.. pass on this one. I promise, you'll thank me later. I asked for a refund and got no response. $100 down the drain. I ordered the U-Clip for my engagement pictures. I definitely noticed a difference in fullness and the color match was perfect. I took off one star because the mesh part of the clip in is really hard to lay flat and my stylist mentioned it was hard for the hair to hold a curl due to the heat restrictions. (I have very straight Asian hair.) Otherwise, I love the feeling and look of having thicker hair. I will try wearing it straight next time.Samantha S.
