Absolutely love this wig. Its comfortable to wear for a long period of time, the texture is great so it'll blend in perfectly with your own natural hair. So far I haven't experienced any shedding or loss of hair and I always wash my units when I receive them and the curls bounced back to their amazing fluffy bouncy self. The wig is full so there is no gaps or nothing like that when you wear it. I got the color 1b and it blended in very well with my own hair. Bought this piece because of the reviews online. They were pretty spot on so far. The curls are very bouncy, pretty, and full. I have only worn her once and received lots of compliments. My only qualm is the amount of hair. I had to do a little thinning before I felt it looked good. But even though there is a lot of hair, the piece is very light weight which has been true to other reviews. I don't use the combs but it has ample head room, big head friendly; and comes with a long comb up front and a smaller one in back along with two adjustable straps, pretty standard these days. I didn't do much fluffing of the curls because one that I cut out, I pulled it loose and separated it. The bouncy curl really pulled out to a loose wave. I won't mind that after a few more wears. The color was spot on to my hair color. I bought a #2. After wearing the half wig, I wish I had gotten the full wig instead. I just think the curls, after they drop or are pulled out, will be nicer on the full wig. It was a great purchase thus far and I do recommend it especially for those that have the creativity to do many styles with a half wig. I actually purchased some #2 braid hair, braided a long section, then used it as a braided head band over the front of the piece. Hopefully I can get some good, long wear out of is but that is TBD. I decided to leave my perimeter out and sew Alpha Woman down since we’re on lockdown due to COVID-19. I put it in two pig tails, spray the end with sheen spray, and roll the ends of each pigtail before binding it with a rubbber band to keep it from getting frizzy. So far, so good. This is my first time purchasing hair online. The process was easy too. The hair arrived on the day as expected. I ordered the hair in the color #2 which actually matched my natural hair color perfectly. Unboxing the hair, it looked exactly like the model picture. It looks even more beautiful when you gently finger-comb the hair and even as it gets older. I've been wearing the hair for about 2 1/2 weeks now, it's still good baby. I call this my Beyoncè hair because that’s who I feel like when I put this on. I love it so much and have received many compliments on it. My only issues are that there are only two combs (front and back) so I had to sew an additional comb on each side to make sure it was secure, it does tangle easily (two days of wear and it’s starting to look matted, but I did comb it out like a ***** when I first got it), and the tracks are scarce on the cap, which made it difficult for my to blend my real hair w the wig to make it look natural(hence the combing) but I finally figured it out. Although I received my unit in a timely fashion… customer service and the refund policy is a disappointment and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. It's been about a week and I still have yet te receive a response. Not only was I required to pay a 20% restocking fee, the deducted the shipping cost that I paid for, I also had to pay to ship it back. So essentially, I only received a 2 dollar refund on 25 dollar purchase. I tried to get ahead of the issue and request that my second choice color be moved to my first choice but I was told that my order couldn't be altered. Once it was shipped, I had to wait until I received it then send it back. Whole process has become a complete turn off from the site. This piece seemed very promising but the pieces do not have much security. You will need to add Bobby pins to make it feel somewhat secure. Additionally the back piece is huge and doesn’t sit on the back of my head right. It feel like a large hat is fallIng off my head in the back. (half wig) insert the front comb, hold the cap down, and insert the back comb. secure both sides of the cap using bobby pins. tie your top section into a high ponytail (tie with a small portion of the half wig for more volume and secure fit) and make sure the half wig is covered. (pony wrap) insert the comb between hair and ponytail and secure with bobby pins. wrap the hair around and secure with bobby pins to hold the wrapped hair. maintenance gently detangle the hair from ends to roots using a paddle brush or wide tooth comb. turn the wig inside out and wet the hair with lukewarm water from the top (cap) to reduce tangling. apply shampoo in a downward motion and rinse until the water runs clear. do not rub the cap when washing. turn the wig cap back and repeat above steps with cold water when applying conditioner. gently squeeze out the excess water and pat dry with towel. do not roll or rub the hair into a towel. place the wig on a wig stand and air dry. apply a small amount of hair lotion or serum, as needed. if applying glue or tape, be sure to only apply on lace material.
