I purchased 2 wigs. The Tango & the Ellie (which I returned because I didnt like it). The Tango was everything I expected. I also purchased a pair of John Fashion sling back shoes which I absolutely loved. I returned The Ellie wig & requested a refund. Aft several days, I traced the US mail pkg & it had been received but I had not received my refund as requested. So I called a cpl times using my sister's fone becaz I had poor reception on my Gov fone & later not enuff minutes 2 call Especially Yours & ck on my refund. I was denied my refund of $39.99 for the wig I returned becaz I was using someone else's fone. Although I used my OWN email address & Credit card 2 pay for my order. This was the most awful low quality wig I every purchased. This use to be a great company back in the days and I was hoping it was still good. I cant believe you as a company purchased this wig, looked it over and still decided to sell it to your customers. It was poor quality and looked nothing like this pick except for the frizziness, look closer and it's there. What I received wasn’t what was pictured in the catalog or online. So I googled it, the color was at the wig.shop. The only recent I didn’t return it was because it was a gift from my husband and it would have hurt him. He didn’t know about color selection. What he selected was what he thought was in the picture. If I wasn’t experienced in wearing wigs, this would have been a really frustrating and disappointing purchase. As soon as I took the hair out of the box, the ends seemed really tough and frizzy, to the point where the comb gets stuck. Because the quality is so poor, I ensure extremely gentle combing but somehow one of the tracks has already broken within the first 1-2 weeks. The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. Fit perfectly fine on my head I fixed the straps to my liking. Unit was 13×6 parting space, lace was light. My mom gave Solana to me, because she wasn’t really feeling the color on her. Bought this piece because of the reviews online. They were pretty spot on so far. The curls are very bouncy, pretty, and full. I have only worn her once and received lots of compliments. My only qualm is the amount of hair. I had to do a little thinning before I felt it looked good. But even though there is a lot of hair, the piece is very light weight which has been true to other reviews. I don't use the combs but it has ample head room, big head friendly; and comes with a long comb up front and a smaller one in back along with two adjustable straps, pretty standard these days. I didn't do much fluffing of the curls because one that I cut out, I pulled it loose and separated it. The bouncy curl really pulled out to a loose wave. I won't mind that after a few more wears. The color was spot on to my hair color. I bought a #2. After wearing the half wig, I wish I had gotten the full wig instead. I just think the curls, after they drop or are pulled out, will be nicer on the full wig. It was a great purchase thus far and I do recommend it especially for those that have the creativity to do many styles with a half wig. I actually purchased some #2 braid hair, braided a long section, then used it as a braided head band over the front of the piece. Hopefully I can get some good, long wear out of is but that is TBD. If I wasn’t experienced in wearing wigs, this would have been a really frustrating and disappointing purchase. As soon as I took the hair out of the box, the ends seemed really tough and frizzy, to the point where the comb gets stuck. Because the quality is so poor, I ensure extremely gentle combing but somehow one of the tracks has already broken within the first 1-2 weeks. The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. If it was cheaper like the original price in the US then I don’t think I would have minded as much.Danielle C.

It’s a tad tight, BUT I think that’s because I’m not use to wearing one daily, not because of the make of the unit. The color is EXACTLY what I expected and is a perfect summer blend I love that it is a side part too because I love doing a clipped back look behind my ear (will make it easier to wear my walkie at work) I thought it was gonna be too long but I actually love the length! first off shipping took 5 days which isn’t bad at all. i ordered on monday & it came on friday 🙂 it originally said thursday but that doesn’t really matter to me. the wig is super soft especially when i took it right out of the packaging. When I received her she was soft about a half inch of lace front and a half an inch lace part. The first day I wore it, it had was a bit tangled. (But I did put of lot of stiffening products to be fair) I put the ends of the hair in boiling hot water with leave in conditioner to soften the ends worked well. She lays very flat and melts well. She sheds when combing through but usually not while wearing. She frizzes but I just put a tiny drop of oil on the ends. The color was amazing I have neon orange. She’s a steal! It's very tight and I annoyingly have to cornrow and deal with humpage, but I love this color on my yellow gold skin. Some black polish, my favorite tee, and I am good to go. This wig is BY FAR my favorite wig from this collection! Not only does the scalp look SO real, but the hair texture is close to my own when it's blow dried out so it looks really natural. I did not have to do ANYTHING to it–no plucking, no make up on the lace, nada. I literally wore it right out of the box after cutting the lace. The wig is beautifulllll I was looking for a curly wig for my birthday and this was just that; perfect! It’s very voluminous and it’s giving pageant Queen lol. I love this wig. I've worn it out a few times now and have received many compliments. The lace front is comfortable and hardly noticeable. People think it is my real hair. The fibers are soft and easy to style. The cap fits my medium sized head perfectly and with having a bald head underneath is actually very comfortable even without a nylon wig cap. I bought and kept one in 8/27 (no root). The style came well done with a permanent lift look in the front that kept the hair out of my face. I suppose one that is familiar with steaming techniques can achieve this with some wigs. I've had some luck in the past. But after one wash with wig shampoo and conditioner, hair returns are seen everywhere as if there is static! So I spend each morning plucking them out since steam (rolling downward) won't tame them… so nothing will. Some I am cutting to 1/4 – 1/2" length but not at the parting areas or else my expensive hand-tied wig will start to look like a classic cap with permatease. Other colors that I viewed and returned, 8/27#4 and 8/12 came very very flat and floppy, linp looking in the front. One was very thin out of all 3 that I've seen. This wig is not consistent with quality control.Joanna

Since this wig was on sale, I cannot return it. The unfortunate thing is that I did opt for calling the help desk, pointing out that one reviewer stated that the wig was “much darker” than the picture. That reviewer was right! The wig is much darker; in fact, the back is absolutely black. The blond/light color pieces are very minimal. Extremely disappointed! Since the help desk doesn’t actually have product information, why are they there? Why did she tell me “the other reviewer probably ordered the wrong wig.” Not so! I have chin length, silver-gray hair with a medium curl, and got this wig in the gradient gray color to wear when I am having a bad hair day, so it would match as closely as I could get it. That lace front edge is sooo realistic looking, people won't be able to tell it's a wig at all! The variation in colors also make it look very realistic. The overall cap size is very generous, so I don't feel I have to tug on it. Feels very secure. It came pretty tightly curled and squashed, but I gave it a good brushing with a very wide toothed brush, and a good shake, and it's perfect! I am over the moon about this wig! I was excited in anticipation of receiving this wig as I am currently undergoing chemotherapy and have been looking for cute & affordable wigs to wear during this time. While the style of this wig is very nice/cute, I was very disappointed with the color. I ordered Golden Brown/Auburn Highlights. I expected a lighter shade of brown with red/auburn highlights; however, the wig received looked like a very dark brown with golden blonde highlights. I returned the wig thinking the wrong color wig was packed in the box. I received the replacement wig and discovered the same issue…wig color was a very dark brown (not golden brown) with golden blonde highlights (no where resembling red/auburn highlights). Thus, the reason I gave this review 2 stars. I have returned both wigs for a refund.
