This wig was a challenge to get on my teenage son's head, and a bigger challenge to keep there. Once on, it looked nothing like the picture on the packaging. Even after some attempts at brushing. It didn't even look like something had crawled on his head and died. Because it didn't look real enough to even have that going for it. The strands of "hair" were sparse enough that you could see the base netting. I finally told him that his costume would look better with his real hair; how readily he agreed was an indication of just how uncomfortable it was. Thank goodness it wasn't that expensive. When creating a character look, you'll definitely need inspiration. this wig from california costumes, is the perfect accessory to transform in jessica rabbit, or poison ivy.wig styling tips do not use heated styling tools as this will damage the synthetic fiber. cool temperature styling tools, plastic curlers, and hairspray are recommended. remove wig from packaging and also remove hair net. remove tangles with your fingers and gently brush your wig. the only exception is wigs that are very curly – don't attempt to brush them. if your wig is frizzy or has static cling you can use a dryer sheet to smooth the fly away hairs. wig care fill a basin with a mix of cool water and mild shampoo. leave wig to soak for 5 minutes swirl your wig around in the water but don't rub the fibers rinse your wig under cool running water shake excess water off your wig and spread it on a towel to dry. alternatively, you can put it on a wig stand to air dry brush your wig when it's completely dry and ready to wear again.

It's very orange! I expected that from prior reviews, and it pretty much worked for what I wanted. I used some dry shampoo to tone down the glare. Easy to get on and stayed in place for the entire evening.Anne-Marie

The color doesn't match how it looks on the bag or online. It looks carrot orange. When I took it out, one side was already frizzy and the bang didn't go over my eye. The style and color of the wig are completely wrong.Ivy
