This is the beginning of my journey so my issues may be just that I am starting this journey kicking and screaming. I know all the YouTube reviewers say this is wonderful and fun but it isn't what I want to do – I wish my bio hair looked like this wig. It is lovely – soft and flattering for probably anyone. However, I may still return, I have tried in on for a bit several days in a row, still not sure. These may be things I just have to live with now that I have to do this to have normal 'hair'. 1.) Lace front – if I do keep this one, I will NEVER buy a lace front again. Unfortunately, it is very hard to find a nice, well made hairpiece without it because everyone else seems to love lace front – NOT ME. I don't like that you cannot pull your bio hair out from under (I know that it is great if you have no hair, but I have plenty around my face and would like to incorporate – Sincerely Yours by RW was perfect but too short). And though it DOES look very nice (I really didn't think it would look so realistic, it truly looks like a real hairline up close), it is HORRIBLY itchy. Like stiff, itchy netting and I can't wait to take it off. Maybe if I try gluing it won't itch so much? 2. I TOO much hair, as with most all of the hair pieces. While I can make this one work because it thankfully isn't LOADED up with that fake feeling/looking permatease (I know some people love it, I do NOT on me), it is still GOBS of hair. I push my hair behind my ears and I would have to have massive ears to fit the gobs falling in front of my face behind my ear; it is like trying to tuck a large rope behind my ear. Not sure why manufacturers think someone who has had hair loss or very thin hair all of the sudden will feel comfortable with a wooly mammoth strapped tightly to their raw noggin. Again, this one could be okay because I could take thinning shears to it and make it work if I keep this wig. 3. Speaking of the front bit… as other reviewers remarked, OMG does it want to go in your face. I don't want to use any product or heat on it yet because I am not sure I am keeping it so VERY difficult to tell if it will work because that is absolutely a problem. Would probably have to thin and cut that into layers – it is very pretty but no one goes around with a big chunk of hair hanging down like that all day. All of the hair on the cap is geared to go absolutely FORWARD, not sure why. It is something that would have to be worked out with heat, water and product. 4. Cap construction – Not super comfortable. Again, this is all new to me so maybe I am doing something wrong. I am using a wig grip so not sure if that adds to my discomfort. I will say that the seams around the mono part are thick and itchy. I would rather a whole mono top or a basic cap, rather than that seamed bit. Too much going on in the cap. So – if you are a regular wig wearer, this style will probably work for you; I am just not use to all these itches and things going on my head. Sort of like a pretty but uncomfortable underwire bra – you can deal but can't wait to get it off at the end of the day – that is how it feels for me. If this had the cap of the Sincerely Yours, I would have found my piece. Again, not sure if I am returning or not, but it is so expensive for me, for them not to be spot on. I need something that looks like ME and I can wear every day and it looks like normal, non-poufy, non-shiny hair and isn't going to rub my ear or itch my head, etc. I am probably hoping for too much. 🙁LJT

Cap is so comfortable. I had to cut on the bangs a little because they went directly into my eyes. However! The color more than made up for it. The eggplant shade is absolutely beautiful and perfect for the fall season! If your bio hair is or was brown and you are looking for brown yet with a twist of pow…. Choose this color! I have yet to be disappointed with the Raquel Welch brand wigs. Thank you Wigstudio1 for always getting my orders to me in such a timely manner. Makes me so happy to know an order is heading my way. I just wish I had discovered wigs many years ago when I started losing my bio hair would have saved me many tears when I was buying every product out there to get my hair back. I‘m a huge Raquel Welch wigs fan, it’s my favorite brand. And I had my eyes on this style for a while and think the stock photo looks fabulous. But it’s my first and last style in regular synthetic. I love the True2Life HD fibers by Raquel Welch, they look and feel like human hair. But these are just extremely shiny and it has a lot of hair! The color Glazed Sand is really nice and the lace front on this style is impeccable, and as this was my first unrooted color, it’s even better and more undetectable than the rooted colors. But everyone tells me that this style looks like an old woman and I‘m just too young to look that old… 😅 Of course Wigstudio1 is not to blame, their service was first class, as always!Sarah C.

I got the wig very quickly and I'm in loooove! The color I ordered was 3T613/ORBR. Very soft and did not tangle! I wore it out to a farm on a hay ride on a windy day and it held up. It does not have ear tabs but it falls over my ears anyway.Rachel

Love this unit , I’ve had it for 2 weeks now & it’s going great with my everyday wear so far . This week I’ll be wearing it in a bun but soon back down . I love this wig! This is my first lace front wig. I wanted something that looked like something that wasn't too far off from a style I would do. I got this in a F4/27. The lace was easy to cut and I love the texture of the hair. Even though it is synthetic it definitely doesn't look synthetic. I like the fact that you have the option to put heat on it, and it doesn't damage the hair. I didn't flat iron the entire wig, just the part and the middle of the wig so it would lay down closer to my head. I will definitely be buying another one in a different color.Denice

I have spent hundreds of dollars on different types of human hair wigs and this synthetic wig has gotten me the most compliments thus far. I usually wear longer hair but I needed an inexpensive wig just to wear for about a month or so until my next hair appointment so I decided to try this one out. I absolutely love it. It fits my head well and is adjustable. The hair looks human and very close to my natural texture of hair and the lace part looks very natural, I didn't even need to pluck the part with tweezers. I love On Point, but it is not heat resistant like advertised. If you add body to your hair with a dryer and round brush instead of a curling iron you will still damage the synthetic hair. It gets course and tangled because of the strands that curl individually into corkscrews. Regardless I like the fit and style. Plus the coloring looks amazing. I was so impressed with Rachel Welch’s manufacturing of this wig I ordered Play It Straight. This experience has not been the same. I was sent Goddess instead of On Point. I don’t hate it but my husband does. It fits small. The hair lays weird and the coloring is too rusty around the face. When and if I get On Point I will hopefully have a better review for that one.Donica A.

Ordered 6 different wigs in the similar style and this one is without hesitation the winner. The cap is on a bigger side, assuming to accommodate your own hair, I buzz my head very short so that’s the only down side for me. This is the only wig that didn’t have the fake shine. I actually forgot I purchased this wig and it was too late to return it. It looked nothing like the picture, had a funny smell (maybe a product was used on it) this made me wash it, condition it and air dry. It didn't help. My first unhappy purchase of Bobbi Boss. Going to try a product for curly hair and get the scissors because it's not styled like the picture.Miss V.

After my first review, I rewashed the wig in a 2 n 1 shampoo in warmer water than usual and towel dried. Tacked it on a wig head and applied some DNA to small sections at a time while it was damp and a little drippy. Once I finished, I parted in into sections and combed it thoroughly from the 'root'. I was surprised how tangled it was but I didn't lose a lot of hair. I was worried it was some bad hair, but the curly hair responded well to the product (it's for naturally curly hair). Then I put it on and styled it still combing though. I cut in some bangs which look like curly baby hair and the wig looks more like the picture but better. The hair was a little longer so it works. It took 40 mins to comb it and hour to complete everything. So overall I am way more pleased with this wig than I was at first. If it were not human hair, I would've called it a loss. I look forward to wearing it tomorrow.Miss V.
