Absolutely love this wig. Its comfortable to wear for a long period of time, the texture is great so it'll blend in perfectly with your own natural hair. So far I haven't experienced any shedding or loss of hair and I always wash my units when I receive them and the curls bounced back to their amazing fluffy bouncy self. Bought this piece because of the reviews online. They were pretty spot on so far. The curls are very bouncy, pretty, and full. I have only worn her once and received lots of compliments. My only qualm is the amount of hair. I had to do a little thinning before I felt it looked good. But even though there is a lot of hair, the piece is very light weight which has been true to other reviews. I don't use the combs but it has ample head room, big head friendly; and comes with a long comb up front and a smaller one in back along with two adjustable straps, pretty standard these days. I didn't do much fluffing of the curls because one that I cut out, I pulled it loose and separated it. The bouncy curl really pulled out to a loose wave. I won't mind that after a few more wears. The color was spot on to my hair color. I bought a #2. After wearing the half wig, I wish I had gotten the full wig instead. I just think the curls, after they drop or are pulled out, will be nicer on the full wig. It was a great purchase thus far and I do recommend it especially for those that have the creativity to do many styles with a half wig. I actually purchased some #2 braid hair, braided a long section, then used it as a braided head band over the front of the piece. Hopefully I can get some good, long wear out of is but that is TBD. This works OK and is handy to setup shapes that need to be repeated. For that it's acceptable. It's awkward to use with any precision. The small plastic tubes used to hold the pins in place are, as necessary for the job, a tight fit. Even with those in place the tolerances for the fit of the pins in to the holes is very sloppy. The finish of the whole thing is poor. Solid but ragged edges. For the price it is worth having but if I did a lot of this sort of thing I'd go up market a lot.cluetoo1965

This is the 2nd purchase of the Aperitif clip in hairpiece. I have purchased dark Auburn both times. These clip ins are so easy to use and blend with my short ponytail that no one knows they aren't my hair. They give me a very sophisticated look with very little effort. 2-piece "hair-do," which clips together to give fullness to your look. I always wear my hair up because I am uncomfortable with the feeling of hair on my neck. I often use only one piece . . . I brush my shoulder-length hair up, place one of the Apertif pieces under the brushed-up hair, make the piece extra-secure with a couple of bobby pins, then lightly brush my own hair down over the piece. I have a small head, so this gives a nice fullness; yet for an up-do it's still fairly casual and not over-done looking. The Apertif does NOT have the curly look as shown in the photo of Raquel. It is just the right amount of hair without looking phony and the quality of the hair was great. It was so easy to attach and felt secure for the first time in a long time. The type that you wrap around a ponytail are not sufficient if you do not have a large ponytail and they get ratty after several times of wrapping them and don't feel like they are going to stay in. Love this one. I have shoulder length hair that is baby fine and this looks chic without looking like "Marge Simpson"!

Absolutely love this wig. Its comfortable to wear for a long period of time, the texture is great so it'll blend in perfectly with your own natural hair. So far I haven't experienced any shedding or loss of hair and I always wash my units when I receive them and the curls bounced back to their amazing fluffy bouncy self. The wig is full so there is no gaps or nothing like that when you wear it. I got the color 1b and it blended in very well with my own hair. Bought this piece because of the reviews online. They were pretty spot on so far. The curls are very bouncy, pretty, and full. I have only worn her once and received lots of compliments. My only qualm is the amount of hair. I had to do a little thinning before I felt it looked good. But even though there is a lot of hair, the piece is very light weight which has been true to other reviews. I don't use the combs but it has ample head room, big head friendly; and comes with a long comb up front and a smaller one in back along with two adjustable straps, pretty standard these days. I didn't do much fluffing of the curls because one that I cut out, I pulled it loose and separated it. The bouncy curl really pulled out to a loose wave. I won't mind that after a few more wears. The color was spot on to my hair color. I bought a #2. After wearing the half wig, I wish I had gotten the full wig instead. I just think the curls, after they drop or are pulled out, will be nicer on the full wig. It was a great purchase thus far and I do recommend it especially for those that have the creativity to do many styles with a half wig. I actually purchased some #2 braid hair, braided a long section, then used it as a braided head band over the front of the piece. Hopefully I can get some good, long wear out of is but that is TBD. I received this product for free in exchange for a review. It was super easy to assemble and use. Batteries are not included. I had a lot of fun customizing the different hair extensions by drawing on them. Make sure to color on top of something like cardboard cuz you can draw outside the lines or it leaks through. I would like to have had a variety of extension lengths like a really long one, thicker ones, and more marker colors. I feel like the markers might dry out fast, so I tried to conserve them by not pressing down very hard. They stay clipped in my hair all day. The machine is very loud. The curling part is a time commitment as it takes 2 hours for the curls to dry and set. The curls I tried to do came out small when I wanted them to be chunkier. It did hold the curl though. I overall really liked this product. I would consider buying their add on refill packages.
My 4.5 year old daughter really liked the Hollywood Hair Extension Maker. Since it is designed for ages 8 , she did need a lot of help using this product. I was surprised that the extension maker was much smaller than it looks on the box. It comes with 12 different extensions. Some already have designs and some are blank so that you can use the markers to draw or write on them first. You then put the hair extension in the machine and it unravels the hair extension so that the strands look like hair. I would have given this a higher rating, but we tried using the heatless curling iron to curl the extensions and it didn't hold a curl even though we let it sit for the entire 2 hours. However, my daughter loved putting the extensions in, even though they were all straight. I love that the extensions can be used over and over again. There is also a storage space under the machine to hold the extensions or other products that come with this.Jennifer
I received the Cool Maker Hollywood Hair Extension Maker today and my kids (8, 6, 4) tore into it. The idea (turning ribbons into colorful hair extensions) was too much for them to handle. When we opened the package they were in love with how many options of ribbons there were. I needed to help with the set up and loading it for the first time, but after that, the 8 and 6 year old were able to do it themselves (and they helped the 4 year old). I got this for free but this would be the perfect gift for that age range (8-10) where it seems like all they want are crafts, and this was as hands free from my perspective as it gets. They always ask to play salon and usually want to make nailpolish or soap, so I can see this becoming part of our normal salon/sleepover craft that doesn't involve much mess. As far as the actual quality, it is ok, the ribbons didn't come out perfect, and holding a curl is hard but it kept my kids occupied for an hour and they seemed happy with the results.denac1
