The product itself is beautiful. Very well done with the exception of the extremely long nape and the thick silicone padding. You better hope the silicone works, because with it you have no other options to make your wig stay down. Neither tape nor glue will stick to that silicone. The only option is to wear a wig band and if you do that, you will have to pull the already too long nape even further down the back of you neck. I'm also disappointed in the extremely limited amount of tips and info on cutting and caring for men's wigs. I suppose this is because the idea of men wearing wigs is still a new phenomonon, but if a site sells them, the site should strive to do better to help the customer get info on styling, cutting, etc. I have bought two of these units, and I plan to continue to buy because through much trial and error I have finally figured out how to make it work for me. This process required me to basically ruin the first wig which was expensive, but at least I figured everything out with it so I'll know just what to do with subsequent wigs. I would give this product 5 stars if the manufacturer would shorten the nape in the back, and do something else other than the thick silicone padding.Thank you.
Selling a product as this is a phenomenal disgrace! I received it in a pretty box, opened it up to find a rats nest! The quality is questionable at best! I could go to order sites and find this same product at 1/3 the cost. To use the word disappointing is an understatement!Terry P.

I had 2 wigs in my shopping cart, but was uncertain if what I was seeing on the monitor was a true representation of the color … So I emailed and inquiry. I then emailed back & forth with Customer Service – different rep each time. One told me they would send me samples of wig colors & asked me which ones I wanted. I replied with my selections & was then advised I'd receive them within 2 weeks. Two weeks came & went, I emailed an inquiry, was told they didn't have my mailing info (Yes they did – in the previous email) and then was told I could not select specific colors, only color ranges. It took 18 days to receive the wig I ordered. I thought it was awful when I first saw it so I watched some videos on first time wigs. I gave it two more tried and it is not for me. Wonderful. Finally found the one. Love the color "coffee without cream, love it better than 2-4 straight up with a twist. Coffee without cream is my color. When I received the product, I loved as is, but I cut some long bangs into it right below corner my lip. I just cut a small crescent part out making sure it did not go beyond point of my eyebrow on the right and before I trimmed bangs into it I also parted it where I think I would want it to lay on left and that's where I started trimming bangs so if the part was at the point of my left eyebrow I did not cut bangs on that left side so I could tuck behind my ear on left, only bangs where cut on the Crescent that I parted out. I held straight down and cut and then also lifted it ever so slightly and trimmed slightly more for a little layer on the banus. I also trimmed a little of the pointy corner on each side of the face because the angle coming to the face was to much for me, you can do this or not. Then I pit some hair texture product in for control and curled areas with a 1 and1 1/2 barrel curling iron. This was my result see below. I will buy one a month and stock up! Dont ever discontinue!!! This wig didn't fall right in the front and across the forehead and didn't present like the photo shown on website. Very disappointing and I had to return it. The style in the back and on the sides is just like how it appears in the photo. The color was also a good choice for me.
