After I wash the wig I sprayed the wig not reading the directions before hand that a little goes a long way, since I sprayed too much and had to rewash it because it was too oily. After I installed the wig I use the product to keep the hair looking shiny. But the wig seem kinda worn out even tho I only had it in for a few days and only using the spray at night. If that's your thing then this pony is for you. I got the dark brown and it's color is warmer out of the pack which was a relief (color 4 for my beauty supply girls). For synthetic hair it looks pretty good. I will be trimming mine down to make it look more natural because the density and bounciness makes it look more synthetic. 3 stars because I can't return it. Wish I could exchange for the Lola – I'd prefer a sleeker ponytail.LA
I ordered a dark blonde color based on the images and description on the listing and it couldn't have been more incorrect. I ended up with a very blonde extension pony that doesn't come even remotely close to matching my hair and that can't be exchanged or returned 🤦🏼♀️ I'd guess saving the $ and investing in a more decent product. For the price, the quality and product was disappointing.Tara

Everything I purchased was absolutely amazing the wig (I got mine in 99j)the wig cap the lipgloss super good quality! but why I gave 3 stars is the service. Ordered some eyelash glue well not only did it take them 10 days to take it off my order and tell me it was out of stock when they refunded the money I never got it back on my card it’s just lingering somewhere else I guess? Took 2 weeks to get told that they were shipping out okay great! But then I kept getting told they would ship it out and what not but it took them 11 days just to send it from there manufacturer to usps so all together 3 weeks and a few days when I was told it would only take 9 days tops to get sent out and 2-3 days to get it here.Breezy A.
