Although I received my unit in a timely fashion… customer service and the refund policy is a disappointment and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. It's been about a week and I still have yet te receive a response. Not only was I required to pay a 20% restocking fee, the deducted the shipping cost that I paid for, I also had to pay to ship it back. So essentially, I only received a 2 dollar refund on 25 dollar purchase. I tried to get ahead of the issue and request that my second choice color be moved to my first choice but I was told that my order couldn't be altered. Once it was shipped, I had to wait until I received it then send it back. Whole process has become a complete turn off from the site. I am beginning to wonder if the reason orders from Ebony on Line take so long to fulfill is because the wigs are sitting in hot shipping containers for months on the high seas.. giving new meaning to a "slow boat from China." Jenna is the second wig in a six-wig order that appears to be dry rot. I wore this wig one time and styled it with my fingers only. I took it off and put it back into the original bag a week ago for storage. I put Jenna on this morning and two tracks are hanging out like some cheap eyelashes. What a waste of money!Rose
